It's an awful hat. It's cheap looking and nothing like the image you portray on your site. I've already sent it back to you for a refund, which I'm still waiting for. I'm very disappointed that a company that sells very good hats - I already have 2 very nice fedoras from you - can put their name on such a cheap looking poor quality product.
