I purchased this hat in the New Row store. I wasn’t planning to buy it, but the store employee (I’m sorry I can’t remember his name) was really good, and when I tried it on, I fell in love with it straight away. It’s a great hat, it feels soft and comfortable. It has quickly become my favourite hat. The employee wa great and very helpful, helping my find the right size. In fact if it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have bought anything.
Very stylish head ware, comfortable and looks great
Called in to your shop on a whim as we walked past it on a trip to London and having seen the docker hat in the window. On entering we found your staff were welcoming and friendly immediately making us feel at ease. They were also clearly knowledgeable about the products, able to estimate the correct size instantly! They also help convince me that the hat suited me, I did challenge them that "you would say that" but was assured that, not owning the store, not on comission, if they didn't agree then they would simply have stayed quiet 😀. All in all a very agreeable transaction. Oh, and I am delighted with the hat too!
Great looking hat for my wife but would have preferred it to be a true fit as opposed to having an adjustable strap at the back. In my opinion it subtracts from the looks

The assistance I had in the shop was amazing, I had a great chat and laugh with the workers, they helped me find the perfect hat for me, since I’ve bought it I have worn it practically everyday and will 100% be going back to buy another hat without a doubt. I had such a lovely experience. And the quality of the hat is, to put it simply, incredible!
