I ordered the Kelly “Brooklyn” Newsboy Cap in black, but unfortunately received a brown one instead.
I’ve tried contacting Laird Hatters several times by email and through the chat on their website to find out how to get the correct item, but I haven’t received any response.
Since this was an international order, resolving the mistake is already more complicated, and the lack of communication has made the experience very frustrating. I was looking forward to receiving the cap I ordered and would really appreciate a response and a solution.
