The Guys in the Covent Garden Store were great and very knowledgeable. The took time to find the right hat and we are very happy with it.
The people in the store were very helpful and ensured I got a good fit and it suited me. Just what I wanted
I love the shape of the hat and it feels great. However, the straws are coming apart with 1 week of frequent wear and the plastic support on the rim started poking out. Fortunately I can still push it back in for now. However, for how much this hat costs, I was expecting a more enduring hat. It feels like it’s going to completely fall apart if I wore it for a whole season.

Couldn't do enough to help, really friendly, when I needed an alteration to the hat it was done and delivered to my home in less than 24 hours (!!) and now I have the perfect Goodwood Panama hat! I wanted a new Panama for some time after my old one had seen better days. So I visited the numerous shops around Covent garden, and was greeted into your shop where with a lot of enthusiasm the assistant went through the Panama's they had in my size and that was that as soon as I put it on I was sold. And so far so good except how to store it correctly brim down or up. Excellent service.

I love the hat! I bought it a few weeks ago in London and started wearing it immediately. I did perspire a bit in the hat but I don’t think I’ve disturbed the hats integrity. I would appreciate any advice on how to reduce sweat damage to the hat. As a bald headed man, the hat takes the brunt of sweating in hot temperatures.

I am incredibly impressed with this Panamá hat. The weave is beautifully tight and even, giving it an instantly premium, classic look. It is exceptionally lightweight and breathable, making it comfortable to wear all day in the heat while providing excellent sun protection. It holds its shape beautifully and elevates any warm-weather outfit. Worth every penny! Mercedes, the sales assistant in central London brunch was fantastic, she took all the time until we were satosfied with the product. Thank you for your time and expertise.
