Being shipped in a plastic bag, made me feel like the cap was more wrinkled than necessary. I may need to steam it, but giving it a few days to relax. I’m sure it’s cheaper to ship in bag versus a box. Love it however and support you.

Haven’t taken it off! Great service in the Cambridge store. Tried on several hats and the duckbill just felt right. And has improved with wearing. For an expat it’s great to be able take something back home that is made in England with good memories of the buying experience. Thank you.

Such a well made British cap I love the more modern look than the traditional flat cap. I own both blue and khaki version. I did however size up with the second one as I am a 58 and the one purchased in the London store was a 57 and was stretched in store which is ok although they are quite right when they say size up. So don’t get talked into a size go with the web recommended size up. One item I was surprised to see was the use of a foam backed material on the inside band am sure it’s the best material however keeping it natural would be preferred. This British brand should be far more applauded and supported they are no where near as expensive as some other well known brands even though I think they are right up there matching them. Get out and support your Made in Britain brands they are doing a great job.
