A beautiful hat, but it didn't work for me. I thought I ordered the standard Shelby, but as it turns out, this one had more volume than I was expecting. I gave it to a friend with a much better head, and it looks sensational on him!
I had a fun time shopping with Annabelle as my guide. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and and honest in her opinions. She knows style and she knows her merchandise. She also knows how to accessorize. She knows how to sell and not just clerk. The merchandise inventory made the experience fun and rewarding for all.

Fast delivery granted..but probably only because I requested to cancel the order and 15 minutes later it was in the post to me!!! There was also no returns slip in the thin paper it was wrapped in. The hat isn't anything special to be honest, and not really worth the inflated price label..however, the colour is lovely.
The bakerboys hat fits perfectly, sits well, and is well structured without being over bearing. Lovely store advice and service. A good price for such a hat.
