Excellent friendly service, highly recommended
The chap was a very interesting and pleasant person to speak to. He was very patient, interested in knowing about the person we were buying the hat for and dud his absolute best to provide the most suitable item. I only put 4* because I thought the prices were a little high due straw hats effectively; but the shop is in central London and that costs money I’m sure! Other than that? Highly recommend the shop.
Top quality and very helpful fitting in the store to find the right one for you - they do their thing very well.
