I needed the right hat for a special family wedding in Oxford on a sunny day in July
Loved it until some rain got on it and this white line appeared. Tried to wipe it off with a damp cloth but it is still visible. How can I remove it ?

I've only ever bought one-size-fits-all flatcaps before and cannot state what a difference it felt putting on my first proper one from Laird Hatters. I visited the Oxford shop for my purchase but do not recall the staff members name. That said they were polite and helpful. Offering a couple of sizes as I had no idea what mine might be. I am very happy with my purchase and am now looking at a winter cap
