The hat is lovely as was your Cambridge shop and the lady who served me. However, I’ve noticed what looks like a broken or loose straw fibre sticking out of the weave. It’s not just a slight irregularity; the fibre is lifting proud of the surface and looks as though it has snapped. I’m concerned it may worsen or leave a gap in the weave. Could you advise whether this is considered a defect, and whether you can arrange a replacement or repair?
