Super fast and efficient service
Here in Atlanta, GA. USA it has been to hot to wear a Felt Fedora. I can't wait till cooler weather gets here so I can. I love the looks and.feel of this Hat. Seems to be very well made. While in London I bought 4 Hats from Laird. 2 Straw Hats that are my daily "go to". Have really been pleased with Laird products. Keep up the good work. By the way I had to deal with Dani, In Customer Service. She was a joy. They were right on top of what needed to be done. No regrets or problems dealing with this Company. Do like me and buy 4!
Love this hat! Itās been great in the cold and the heat (well into the 90s/37+) as it helps keep you cool as well despite the lining. Itās soft to the touch and with the adjustable brim and feather accessories the look can go from casual to dressy in a moment.

Really lovely hat, perfect fit. Like an embrace around your head. Great shaoe with a brim full of character. Looks great with any outfit, delighted with the hat.
I would have expected the hat would have been in a sturdier box. The hat was crushed a tad at the front.
Live in the USA and visiting. london Was having dinner across the street and was early so we were window shopping I love a good hat so the cool little shop was hard to resist The salesman was insanely knowledgable He helped me figure out what i was missing and steered me to a hand made cashmere fedora in a neutral color that will go with everything London is in the middle of a heat wave so I obviously chose not to wear it out He offered a whole different he told we were done with dinner so we didnāt have to carry it around Customer service was amazing and my heart made it back to the state in one piece Looking forward to stopping in on my next trip to London I think I need a navy one as well
It would have been better if all sizes were available. Iām a size 56, only 55 or 57 was available. Got 55, feels a bit snug, 57 was loose. So made do.

I think Laird's is one of the best hatters in the world. I buy all of my hats from you and I'm never disappointed with the quality of the product and the great service. I always buy them from the Covent Garden location on Regent St in London when I am traveling there. This most recent experience, as with all the others, was highly professional, responsive, and customer-oriented. The staff is always so very knowledgeable and kind. Finally, I think the prices there are reasonable and fair for the degree of quality their hats contain, without being so alarmingly high as to be out of reach for most serious hat wearers. I highly recommend Laird's to all.
The hat is exceptionally well made, really high quality stuff and the colour is beautiful. Absolutely true to size, I have a 49cm head and it fits me perfectly, itās a joy to own and wear, such a sophisticated but elegant piece of headwear.
