It was brilliant. It was a hot heat wave day and I’d just gotten into London and I knew I needed a hat (bold head so it was a must in the heat of a heat wave). I came across Hatters over the road from moulin Rouge in London. The lady in the tiny shop was extremely helpful and we tried out many different types of hat and many different colours. And also took it to people walking past the shop for their opinions as well. It was a good fun experience for both of us and brought much joy and fun to our day. I hope she does well in the future.
The Hat is great. I wore it out to dinner lastnight and got alot of compliments on how nice it looked.

The staff at Laird Hatters Oxford are outstanding, especially Courtney, who went out of her way to help with my enquiries, sizing and preferences. I was slightly worried that my favourite hat might not fit properly, as it felt a touch tight, but Courtney used her skill and the in-store equipment to stretch it carefully. It now fits perfectly. The finest British hats, right in the heart of Oxford. Highly recommended
