I was happy with the time to dispatch, and any disappointment I feel about how long it then took to arrive is down to the post office rather than Laird Hatters.
Size is not perfect but that is because they only supply 1/4 sizes whereas I think a 7 1/8 size would have been a slightly better fit.
But the hat appears to be excellent as far as I can tell this early in my ownership.
